There are nine different designs styles in total (M's & W's Pants, M's Shorts, M's & W's Jackets, W's C-Shorts, W's Leggings, & W's Tanks). Each style will include the listed items below.
Multi-Page digital renderings of each design style including 'callouts' for fabric colors & types, zipper placements, elasics placements, etc.
BOM's (Bill of Materials) - Detailed spreadsheets listing each fabric/trim element involved in the composition of the design.
POM's (Point of Measurement) - Measurement charts illustrating each size adjustment made during the development process.

Detailed Spreadsheets
Master Spreadsheet I developed containing additional workbooks for every fabric type and trim included in each of the design, as well as a cost evaluation workbook.
The cost eval. workbook will enable you to plug in the totals from each of the other spreadsheets which will give you your approx. margins and total cost for manufacturing, fabric, and trims. Each spreadsheet lists the textile/trim companies and the total yield of each element included in the design.
The spreadsheets are already fixed with formulas making it simple to add new information without throwing the total calculations off.
These are very important in terms of understanding what your upcoming expenses will be, and can also aid anyone who is looking for future projections to develop a business plan.

README File
I have compiled a README Doc that explains in full detail how each of the digital assets works. I have also listed a dozen or more critical terms used in the industry and the spreadsheets. This way you can understand what is actually being calculated.
Digital Asset Cost (CREAG's Cost)
After going back through my financial records and crunching numbers I was able to get a very close tally of our investment into the digital assets. Keep in mind that this does not include all of the fabric/trim research, conceptual renderings, fittings, product testing, marketing, advertising, and sales expenses we had accrued over the past four and a half years. Off the top of my head that would be roughly an additional 200K.

Raw Materials (On Hand)
After sorting through all of the inventory and crunching numbers based off our purchase orders I was able to come up with a very accurate figure for the raw materials we have on hand. If you combine this with the digital assets the overall total comes to just under 350K. I am asking 120K for everything which is 65% off our cost.
This is an amazing deal for anyone interested in starting their own brand. The amount of time and energy you would save alone makes the purchase worthwhile.

Why don't you list the textile/trim companies?
One of the first things you learn when entering the apparel industry is to keep your fabrics under lock and key. For trims it's not nearly as important since most companies use many of the same products.
How does the margin calculator work?
Best question yet. The cost/margin calculator will provide you the critical financial numbers for projecting upcoming costs. Essentually, you plug the figure totals from the other workbooks for fabric/trims into this spreadsheet and then all of the calculations will be performed for you. You can then make adjustments to your fabric/trims accordingly so you are able to reach the margins you need to be profitable. It's one of the best tools you can have.
If I purchased all of the assets and wanted to pick up the raw materials, how big of a truck would I need?
You would need a mid-sized U-Haul or comparable sized vehicle. You are looking in the range between 80-90 rolls of fabric and between 8-10 mid-sized boxes for the trims.

What does the payment arrangement look like?
I would like to do half down and half upon reciept of the remaining goods. Since there will be a lag between the digital assets and raw materials, I think that seems like the best arrangement.
