Our Team

Mac Gaugh | Founder

Raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Mac’s passion for the outdoors developed at a young age. His parents’ affection for travel and new experiences led him to seek higher ground. After graduating college, he found himself in Jackson Hole. There, he discovered his true passion was in pushing conventional limits. Finding a relationship that paired his creative mind with his love of the outdoors is where the CREAG story began. Although, we could go into much more detail, what’s most important is that it’s Mac’s drive, to not only create something better for the world, but more importantly, for himself.

Tatiana Padilla Moore | Designer | Product Developer

Tatiana grew up in Costa Rica then moved to Boulder at the age of 18. Her beautiful surroundings in both homes, and a love of adventure inherited from her father, have led to a life-long passion for the great outdoors. Luckily for CREAG, Tatiana also has a passion for design and has a degree from FIDM in San Francisco, making her the perfect fit for our team. As a Product Developer and key Designer on our men’s and women’s wear, Tatiana is an all-around rock for the company.

Lynn Suyeko Mandziuk | Illustrator | Artist

Lynn is not just a Colorado outdoors-woman and rock jock, but by all accounts, she is also a genius when it comes to combining hand and digital renderings. As an Artist and an Illustrator-guru, she takes our ideas from concept to reality in the most stunning ways. Just take a look at our hats and you’ll know exactly what we mean.

Alyson Tatigian | Founding Designer

Lured to the mountains by the promise of endless skiing, climbing, and biking, Alyson landed in Jackson Hole more than a decade ago and loves living there with her family still. With an impressive design portfolio from respected outdoor brands, Alyson shared her expertise with CREAG to bring the founding product line to life.  She is, “honored to be a part of Mac’s dream in making climbing inspired clothing that doesn’t hold back and is truly authentic.”
