CREAG Shipping & Return Policy

The CREAG Guarantee:

CREAG offers a lifetime guarantee on all of our products, which covers manufacturing defects and minor flaws. It does not cover damage due to contact with abrasive surfaces, overexposure to high temperatures, accidents, crashes or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. CREAG is ​not liable for damages incurred from failure to follow​ the ​care instructions provided.

We provide repair service for any item incurring usual wear and tear.  Our U.S. manufacturer has agreed to provide additional patchwork for a small fee, to help us keep waste down and the clothes we can't let go of on our backs.

We strive to complete all guarantee repairs within 30 days.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Our main priority is to ensure that each experience with CREAG is positive and memorable.  Although we hope everyone is pleased with our product, we understand that sometimes items may not fit or meet your expectations. 

Returns:

You will have 30 days from date of purchase to return the item to be eligible for a full refund. Original packaging/tags must be intact and any worn or washed items will not qualify. Refunds will be credited to original payment form. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items: 
- Patterns, Tech Packs, BOM's (Digital Assets)

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.  Any items returned after 30 days and up to 90 days will be eligible for a store credit. Store credit must be applied within 90 days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@creagwear.com


Guarantee Returns:

CREAG, LLC will happily honor any valid guarantee claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful guarantee claim. Upon return receipt of items for guarantee claim, you can expect CREAG, LLC to process your guarantee claim within 7 days.

Once guarantee claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and ship your item to the address below.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to to the address below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  This also includes holidays and periodic sales.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
