The process of designing and developing all three of those designs through the first season and adjustments made for season two it cost us roughly $70,000 and considering how popular they have become you can guarantee fast sales right out of the gate. Included in the sale are many comprehensive spreadsheets, vendor templates/guidelines, cost analysis workbooks, photography, and a 2.5 hour tutorial video. Each of these assets will save you a tremendous amount of upfront costs while providing you valuable projected expense and profit margin data.
***Pricing reflects a total of twelve patterns. Our Men's Pants had eight size patterns per style (30" & 32" inseams), and the Men's Shorts had four. We also made modification adjustments to these designs going into the second season, meaning all tech packs needed to be modified.***
Digital Assets:
Pattern Files - Four for 30" inseam and four for 32" inseam (Sm, Med, Lg, Xl) and four for the shorts. File types (.ai, .dxf, .PDS, .rul)
Digital Renderings- Digital sketches of the product style and each specific callout (fabrics, trims, label & trim placements, etc.)
POM- Point of Measurement based off the prototypes.
Grading Spreadsheets - Measurements based off size sets (grading of all sizes)
BOM- Bill of Materials - Designer and manufacturer notes and data regarding each of the raw materials used.
'Cost Calculator Workbook'including all fabric and trim totals, the cost calculator, and overall cost workbooks.
A 2.5-hour audio/video tutorialdiscussing each of the assets included in the packages. Plus, I include the appropriate steps need to start your brand for those who have never owned their own company. Lastly, I include a list of many of the do's and don'ts as suggestions for you as you get your business off the ground.
Critical Terms Document- This is a list of many of the terms used in the apparel industry and will be a great thing to reference when someone rattles off a term you have never heard before.
Two Purchase Order Templates- One general vendor PO and one more detailed PO for your manufacturer.
A 'Vendor Shipping and Packaging'Template - Will be attached to every purchase order you send out.
A 'Terms and Conditions'Template - Will go out with every purchase order.
Inventory Spreadsheet Template - This will be a workbook you can use to record the actual inventory numbers you get from your manufacturer.
Studio Shot Product Images- You will receive studio photos of each of the colors (even the colors we did not get to) at several different angles.
